La CLR 380 è una lavatrice frontale a cesto unico, adatta per lavaggi, tintura e trattamento di capi confezionati in jeans. Robusta e compatta, è stata studiata in modo da non avere alcun particolare al di fuori della sua struttura completamente racchiusa da carter di protezione alle parti mobili. Tamburo in acciaio inox AISI 316 con adeguati battitori per la movimentazione dei capi in trattamento. Lo scarico dei capi avviene automaticamente grazie allo spostamento del suo asse verticale in posizione obliqua rispetto alla base; tale spostamento, abbinato ad una rotazione lenta del tamburo, consente lo scarico completo di tutto il materiale in esso contenuto. II portellone di accesso al tamburo è ad apertura e chiusura automatiche mediante cilindro pneumatico, ed è dotato di oblò per il prelievo dei campioni e di livello visivo. Trasmissione mediante motore asincrono trifase collegato al tamburo con pulegge e cinghia dentata. Vaschetta prodotti con possibilità di introduzione automatica degli stessi mediante pompa centrifuga e risciacquo automatico della vaschetta stessa. Doppio comando della vaschetta a gestione manuale od automatica. Inoltre, con speciali accessori, la macchine può essere trasformata in macchina per la tintura del capo confezionato di cotone, misto cotone o altre fibre. Questi accessori ed i molteplici utilizzi che ne conseguono fanno sì che le macchine della serie CLR si qualifichino quali polivalenti ad ogni livello nel settore industriale delle lavanderie e delle tintorie.

Transmission is by means of a 3 phase induction motor connected to the drum with pulleys and toothed belt. Product tank with the possibility of automatic product input by means of centrifugai pump and automatic rinsing of the tank itself.
