II generatore di vapore MINI VAPOR è stato realizzato per soddisfare le piccole e medie utenze di vapore (lavanderie, stirerie, ecc.).
È del tipo monoblocco a combustione pressurizzata, con focolare a fiamma passante, progettato per funzionare con bruciatori a gas e gasolio.
È dimensionato secondo la vigente normativa I.S.PE.S.L. ed esonerato .totalmente dal conduttore patentato e dalle verifiche periodiche dell'I.S.PE.S.L. sul luogo di installazione (art. 28 del D.M. 21/05/1974).
Questo è possibile grazie al "collaudo a caldo" effettuato presso il nostro stabilimento e compreso nel prezzo di vendita.
II generatore di vapore MINI VAPOR non è dei tipo a serpentino e quindi non presenta gli inconvenienti tipici di quest'ultimo come la periodica sostituzione del serpentino ed il vapore umido.
La struttura del generatore MINI VAPOR si avvale di due cilindri concentrici posizionati in verticale in modo da formare un'intercapedine per I'acqua e la camera di vapore.
Un deviatore inserito nella camera di vapore assicura un elevato titolo di vapore senza trascinamenti d'acqua. Inoltre tramite appositi deflettori si devia il percorso dei fumi sfruttando completamente tutta la superficie utile. Lispezione e la pulizia sono facilitate da aperture previste sia lato acqua che lato fumi.
II generatore di vapore MINI VAPOR è isolato termicamente da un doppio materassino di lana minerale ad alta densità elegantemente coperto da un lamierino in alluminio.
È fornito completo di tutti gli accessori cablati per il funzionamento automatico del generatore: a richiesta si può fornire il bruciatore ed il serbatoio di recupero delle condense.

Steam Boiler MINI VAPOR The steam boiler MINI VAPOR has been conceived to
meet small and medium steam consumption requirements (laundries, ironing shops, etc.).
Enbloc generator with pressurized combustion, with passing flame furnace, designed for operatton with gas and gasoil burners.
It is dimensioned according to the l. S. RE. S. L. regulations in force and totally exempted from certified operator and periodical l. S. P. E. S. L. checks in the installation place (art. 28 of the M. D. dated MAY 21, 1974).
This is possible thanks to the `hot test" carried out at our premises and included in the selling price.
The steam boiler MINI VAPOR is not provided with a coil, therefore, it does not involve the typical inconveniences of said execution, such as the periodical coil replacement and the humid steam. The structure of the boiler MINI VAPOR consists of two concentric cylinders in vertical position so as to build an interspace for water and steam chamber.
A switch in the steam chamber assures a high vapor ratio without water entrainments.
Moreover the smokes run is deviated through special deflectors thus making use of the whole useful surface. Inspection and cleaning are facilitated by openings both on the water side and on the smokes side.
The steam boiler MINI VAPOR is provided with thermal insulation by means of a double high density mineral wool mattress which is elegantly covered by aluminium sheet layer.
It is supplied complete with all accessories wired for the generator automatic operation. On demand, the burner and the condensates recovery tank can be supplied.
